  • Registration Opens - TBD (The launch of our registration form has been delayed as we are currently finalizing information to include for this year. We will have registration open as possible and provide a communication to all past exhibitors once this form launches. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.) 
  • Trade Show Map Released & Booth Selection (VIP+) - July 7
  • Trade Show Map Released & Booth Selection (VIP) - July 14
  • Trade Show Map Released & Booth Selection (All Other Vendors) - July 21
  • CANCELLATION DEADLINE - September 1 (30% fee deducted from refund, No refund for cancellations past this date) 
  • FINAL PAYMENT DEADLINE - September 30
  • Latest Date to Mail to Saratoga Springs and Submit Great Lakes Orders - TBD
