  • Trade Show Map Released & Booth Selection (All Other Vendors) - Week of July 21st
  • Last Day for refund with penalty - September 1
  • FINAL Payment Deadline - Sept 30th
  • Last Day of Booth Vendor Registration (No Refund for Cancellations past this date) - Sept 30th
  • Latest Date to Mail to Saratoga Springs and Submit Great Lakes Orders 
  • Move-In Day - Nov 5th
