The 2025 NYLA Annual Conference will be in-person at the Hilton and City Center in Saratoga Springs, New York on November 5-8.

Conference Proposals

Proposal submission for our 2025 event will open in the beginning of January 2025. Fillable PDFs will be made available for anyone interested in preparing their proposal before they submit it. Please note these fillable PDFs are only planning documents and cannot be used to suibmit a proposal for the event.
