FLS Vote on Amended By-Laws

The FLS Executive Board has voted to submit amendments to the By-Laws of the Friends of Libraries Section, currently dated June 16, 2023, for approval by the FLS membership. The Executive Board recommends ratification of these amended by-laws which incorporate changes in several governance areas that mirror the Section’s current operations and align with NYLA’s existing by-laws.
