Join us this April in Albany for a full day of educational programming focused on advocacy, which is vital in every season! There will be a wide array of presentations and something for everyone – even our most experienced advocates. Lunch will be served, and there will be plenty of opportunities for professional networking during this one-day mini-conference. Don’t miss the chance to develop your advocacy skills and help to strengthen the library profession’s grassroots efforts.

REFUNDS /CANCELATION POLICY

Written requests for refunds or cancelations must be submitted by April 9th, 2024, to [email protected]. Registrations will not be “swapped” for alternate attendees. Registrants who have paid their registration fee and wish to cancel their registration, can use the paid fee to cover an alternate registrant. A written request must be made to the office at [email protected] to set this up by the April 9th deadline.

After the April 9th, 2024, deadline has passed, no refunds will be issued. Registrants who do not attend the event and fail to submit a written request of cancelation will be liable for their entire conference fee.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS

 

NYLA has secured a room block at the Renaissance Hotel on Monday, April 22. Nightly rates for single/double occupancy are $209.

 Please note, the booking link provides a range of dates as we secured a limited number of rooms for Tuesday, April 23rd. As those rooms are now sold out, anyone looking for a room for Monday, April 22nd, will need to update the dates listed and rooms will be made available to reserve.
